Jacek Zaplotny is a graduate of the School of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw. Jacek obtained the title of General Counsel Legal Advisor in 1998 after successful completion of the legal advisors examination and admission to the List of Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw. In 1999 Jacek began an intensive legal career in the Law Offices of Legal Affairs, where he was founder and partner. Jacek Zaplotny has successfully represented numerous companies, including that of joint-stock companies and limited liability companies, in matters concerning labor law, property law, insurance of estates and public law, business and commercial law, civil law, and tax law before courts, including before The Supreme Court and The Supreme Administrative Court and before state administration bodies and different bodies of local government. Ten years of working in his own law office allowed Jacek to achieve the highest level of legal services offered, and helped him gain immeasurable experience in the realm of civil matters especially those related to estate and property matters. Jacek Zaplotny has provided legal advisory services to reputable companies such as ; Nutricia Polska sp. z o.o., Goradze Wapno sp. z o.o., Saint Gobain S.A., and Reynolds. Jacek has taken part in investment projects of foreign companies investing and entering into the Polish markets. He specializes in commercial and business law, civil law, recovery and insolvency matters, bills of exchange and energy matters. Jacek Zaplotny works in cooperation with a team of legal advisors to provide legal services for PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A. (PGE Electric Opole S.A.).

Legal advisor trainee Jaroslaw Zaleski
He graduated in law from Wroclaw University. During the studies, he participated in legal practice at the Civil Division in the Distict Court in Wielun, Poland. After completion of the legal advisor trainees national exam in 2009, he obtained an entry into a register of legal advisor trainees at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw. Jaroslaw Zaleski has a good command of English and in 2010 he has begun a course of Legal English. He is interested in matters concerning, particularly, civil, commercial and labour law. |

Dariusz Symula is a graduate of the School of Law and Administration at Wroclaw University and has completed his postgraduate studies in the field of Financial Management at the Economics Academy in Wroclaw. From 1999-2004 Dariusz Symula worked as a lawyer in a debt recovery firm , and later as a lawyer and legal advisor in one of the largest legal advising firms in Opole, Poland. Since 2001, Dariusz Symula has worked as the owner of his own debt collection firm. Dariusz has successfully completed his court application and passed the judicial examination. Dariusz received the title of General Counsel Legal Advisor in 2005, and was thereafter added to the list of Legal Advisors in the Regional Chamber of Legal advisors in Opole. Since 2005, Dariusz Symula has been the owner of his own legal advisory office, acting as an advising attorney. Dariusz has successfully acted as counsel and stood in representation on behalf of his clients in various courts, in matters of commercial law, civil law, labor and social security law, also tax law, family law, and in front of public administration authorities in matters concerning administrative law. By obtaining the necessary legal education and degrees along with more than ten years practicing law, Dariusz is able to provide clients with a guarantee that the highest quality legal services available. Dariusz specializes particularly in legal disputes having to do with commercial and business law.
