Administrative payments are payments  charged In matters of public administration, as processing fees , by administrations , for issuing official transcripts, permits , documents  confirming the granting of power of attorney or proxy, or its copy, extract copies of rulings or opinions in administrative court matters, or in legal proceedings. It is a payment of an allowance for actions taken by the state or local government units. The matters of payment are regulated by the act of November 16, 2006 regarding administrative payments. The Acts specifies that fees are determined depending on the type of matter or case. For example filing a document to establish power attorney requires a payment of 17 zloty.
